If you purchased your Clawmor product directly from clawmor.com, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note:

  • This policy only applies to purchases made on our official website.

  • If you bought your item through another retailer, please contact them directly for returns or refunds.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

  • Returned products should be in new or like-new condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items missing original packaging or parts

  • Returns sent without prior authorization

How to Start a Return (U.S. Orders)

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and detailed instructions.

  3. After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.

Please do not send back any products before receiving official return authorization.
